<header>


The header element defines the portion of the body that spans the entire horizontal section at the top-most region of the screen. If the screen is scrolling, the header will remain in a fixed position and will overlay the scrolling pr elements. If the header contains no elements, it will not be displayed. The height of the header will be no more than the height required to displays its elements.
